AIK helped with the two first goals.

Häcken won clearly with 4–1 in front of the home crowd.

AIK has mixed big wins with big losses in Allsvenskan recently.

Most recently, it was a 5–2 win over IFK Göteborg. Now the team fell heavily against Häcken instead.

Häcken, which had four consecutive games without a win before the match, had very good help from the guests at the two first goals. But there were also some more goals.

That was enough with a margin to break the losing streak.

Häcken started the match briskly, even if AIK initially did well to disrupt the buildup phase.

Instead, Häcken countered the opening goal – via several AIK players – after about 20 minutes.

Valgeir Lund's shot touched midfielder Sotirios Papagiannopoulos and Kristoffer Nordfeldt, and the AIK goalkeeper also touched the ball, but couldn't prevent it from rolling into the goal.

About 10 minutes before halftime, Häcken scored another goal, also via AIK's defense. Mikkel Rygaard's hard pass went straight to teammate Edward Chilufya – but also to Sotirios Papagiannopoulos, whose leg the ball bounced into the goal to make it 2–0.

A few minutes into the second half, Amor Layouni made it 3–0 after a counterattack, and less than four minutes later, Mikkel Rygaard scored 4–0.

Then it didn't matter to AIK that striker Ionnis Pittas reduced the score shortly afterwards and had some chances.

Häcken didn't manage to score any more goals, but had already made enough to take a nice three-pointer into the summer break.
