On Friday, charges will be brought against the four individuals who are suspects in the notorious dine-and-dash incident in Malmö during the Christmas holidays, according to the Prosecution Authority in a press release.
It was on Christmas Eve last year that a party of 35 people had dinner at the Atmosfär restaurant in central Malmö for over 82,000 kronor. When it was time to pay, they got up from the table and left the restaurant in several taxis, without paying.
Later, the investigation led to suspicions of an additional 20 cases of serious fraud against business owners.
