A woman employed at Malmö District Court is suspected of having accessed confidential information in the court's system, reports Sydsvenskan.
The woman was arrested on Thursday evening last week and was detained on Sunday. She is suspected of two cases of gross data intrusion.
At present, there is nothing indicating that the woman spread the information further.
Not currently. We have a lot of investigative measures left to take, says prosecutor Victoria Ingered to Sydsvenskan.
The woman has no prior convictions and denies the crime.
