We've done what we could, and actually more than that, because it's UEFA's and the German organisers' responsibility.
The grass on the pitch was newly laid for the European Championship, but it has not lived up to the expected standard. Norkjær does, however, report that the players themselves testify that the pitch is at least good enough to use.
The players say it's not as bad as they had expected. That in itself is, of course, not a good enough assessment, but it's at least better than if they had said it was too bad to even use.
The Danes are not alone in complaining about the subpar conditions.
Switzerland has also, according to Swiss media, submitted a complaint about the poor state of their training pitch in Stuttgart.
