Tennis star Novak Djokovic was forced to withdraw from the French Open due to an injury. He now confirms that he has had knee surgery.
On his Instagram, the Serb writes:
"I will do my best to get healthy and ready to return to the court as soon as possible."
37-year-old Djokovic was supposed to play a quarterfinal match against Casper Ruud on Wednesday but was forced to withdraw from the match.
"I am truly sorry to have to inform you that I must withdraw", he wrote on his Instagram in connection with it.
