For a short time, Nora Lindahl was the new record holder, with 23.06 in the trials on Saturday. But it only stood for a few minutes. For in the next trial heat, Julia Henriksson ran 23.03.
She then won the final convincingly and lowered her Swedish Championship record to 22.93.
Now she's facing a few nervous days. She already has the support of national team captain Kajsa Bergqvist. The question is whether the Swedish Olympic Committee agrees.
