Edmonton fought back from behind to win 5-3 against Florida in the Stanley Cup final series.
It was an impressive performance from everyone, says Edmonton's Connor McDavid, who scored two goals.
Florida, who have never won the title, missed another "match point" in the fifth match of the best-of-seven series.
Edmonton have now reduced the deficit to 2-3 in matches, and the star centre Connor McDavid was instrumental in the win, scoring two goals and two assists.
Particularly impressive was the assist for Corey Perry's 4-1 goal. McDavid carried the puck from his own zone, weaving and feinting past Florida players before laying the puck off to Perry, who only had to tap it in.

The guys gave it their all, it wasn't an easy win, but we had our backs against the wall and we found a way to win, says Connor McDavid after the match.
We stuck together in there and it was an impressive performance from everyone.
Going into the third period, Edmonton led 4-2. But Florida fought back to score a third goal, a direct shot by Oliver Ekman-Larsson on a pass from Matthew Tkachuk. No closer than that did Florida get, and Connor McDavid sealed Edmonton's fifth goal into an empty net when Florida had pulled their goalie in a bid to equalise.
Florida: Not giving up
But Florida coach Paul Maurice insists the team has not given up.
Everyone probably feels the same way I do right now. I don't feel defeated, and neither does the hockey team, he says, adding that the team might be feeling a bit "miffed".
In the midsummer night, the teams meet again in a sixth match. Florida then have their third match point in a row, and Edmonton must level the series to force a seventh and decisive match.
Florida forward Evan Rodriguez is already looking ahead.
