In the third qualifying round of the European Championship League, Häcken faces Estonian Paide Linnameeskond.

In the first of two meetings, Häcken won big at home. The final score was 6–1 after a dream start for the yellow-blacks.

Amane Romeo became a two-goal scorer after just six minutes of play, with two goals in two minutes.

Paide reduced the score to 2–1, but Häcken could soon regain their two-goal lead through Amor Layouni.

With just over half an hour left to play, Zeidane Inoussa could score Häcken's fourth goal of the evening.

In the final minutes, Jeremy Agbonito and Amor Layouni added to the goal protocol, giving Häcken a very good starting position ahead of the return match away on Tuesday.

The club from Hisingen has got a stable start to its European adventure. In the second qualifying round, they defeated Dudelange from Luxembourg, with a total score of 12–3 after the double meeting.
