The National Property Board is currently renovating the roof of the Dramaten, and a weather shield was supposed to prevent water from entering the house. But it was no match for the downpour that hit Stockholm on Thursday evening.

The performance of "King Lear" continued despite the leak, but the spectators who left the auditorium will receive compensation.
The Dramaten states that tonight's performance on the Main Stage of "Life and Death Strömquist" will take place as planned.
