"Legislate for Clear Pay Slips"

It is high time to break the invisibility principle regarding the taxes and fees that employees pay. This is written by two national economists at Lund University on SvD Debatt.

The authors mean that voters lack knowledge about what they actually pay in taxes and fees to the public sector.

The government and parliament should pass a law that requires all employers to show a complete pay slip for their employees every month, they write further.
