A 75-year-old man has died in connection with a drowning accident in Lake Trehörn outside Västervik.
The alarm came at 4 pm and when the rescue service arrived at the scene, an unconscious man was found in the water. He was taken to hospital.
At 7:30 pm, the police report on their website that the man has died.
