During the night to Thursday, a number of strange posts appeared on football star Kylian Mbappé's X-account. Among other things, messages about Mbappé playing for Manchester United in the future, support for cryptocurrency, and comments about the war between Israel and Hamas were visible.
All posts on the platform have now been deleted, and according to the French news site RMC Sport, Mbappé was subjected to a hacker attack. Who or those behind the attack are unclear.
This is not the first time Mbappé has been subjected to cyberattacks on social media. In 2019, Mbappé's account was hacked on two occasions.
Nor Mbappé, his agent, or club team Real Madrid have commented on the incident.
