A motorcyclist has been taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after a violent collision with a car in Drottningholm outside Stockholm.
The person driving the car was apprehended by eyewitnesses before the police arrived at the scene.
The accident occurred on Ekerövägen near Drottningholms Castle at half past seven on Tuesday evening.
The motorcyclist was flown to the hospital by ambulance helicopter, and the car driver was also taken to the hospital by ambulance to be treated.
The vehicles have been seized.
