A person has died in a traffic accident after a car overturned and caught fire near Löt on Öland, according to the police.
Two people were in the car, but only one of them managed to get out on their own, reports Barometern.
The alarm about the accident came at around 18:00 on Midsummer's Eve.
It's a single-vehicle accident, a car has overturned for unknown reasons, and in connection with that, it started burning, said the police's press spokesperson Filip Annas to TT earlier.
The police write on their website that the body has not been definitively identified, but that relatives of the person believed to have been killed have been informed.
