A police officer has been injured in connection with an intervention in Limhamn, Malmö, and has been taken to hospital by ambulance. A 25-year-old man is suspected of violence against an official, the police write on their website.
He has been handed over to healthcare. It's not due to a physical injury, says the police's press spokesperson Rickard Lundqvist.
Police were sent to the address after reports that a man had behaved aggressively towards a neighbor. When the police tried to intervene, the man attacked them, according to the police.
Rickard Lundqvist has no information about any tool or weapon being used against the police.
