IFK Norrköping won the bottom-of-the-table match against Kalmar FF.

The match ended 2–0 to the home team after two goals by Christoffer Nyman.

In the afternoon, Sirius and BP pulled off upsets against Malmö FF and IFK Göteborg, respectively.

Before the match between IFK Norrköping and Kalmar FF, Norrköping's former chairman Peter Hunt, who passed away earlier in the week, was honored. A tifo of Hunt was raised in front of the standing section, followed by standing ovations from the audience.

At halftime, "Peking's" new acquisition David Moberg Karlsson was presented, who has signed a contract for two and a half years.

The 30-year-old broke his contract with the Japanese club Urawa Red Diamonds and returns to Norrköping, which he represented in 2016–2018.

Norrköping is in 14th place in the Allsvenskan, Kalmar is one point behind in 15th place.

Sirius upset

Later in the afternoon, Sirius pulled off an upset win on the road against league leaders Malmö FF.

The 1–0 goal by Leo Walta was enough for a Sirius win, despite several dangerous Malmö chances. Jakob Tånnander in the Sirius goal made several sharp saves.

The team from Uppsala thus got revenge on MFF after a bitter loss at home against the most successful team in the previous round.

Sirius is now in 8th place in the series.

Blåvitt's defeat

At the same time at Gamla Ullevi, BP won against IFK Göteborg with 4–3.

"Blåvitt" took the lead already in the second minute through a header by Gustav Svensson, but BP could turn the match around.

The visiting team managed to maintain a lead throughout the match despite conceding three goals, thanks to effectiveness up front when IFK Göteborg's defense failed.

In the final minutes, the home team reduced the score to 3–4, but the Stockholm team could hold on to a win.

The Gothenburg team also had their first-choice goalkeeper Elis Bishesari injured during the match. Anders Kristiansen had to jump in after 40 minutes and had a tough match.

IFK Göteborg is in 13th place, BP is 9th.
