Stora Enso has discontinued its attempt to sell a pulp and packaging factory in Beihai, China, writes the forestry group in a press release.
The facility is deemed to be worth more for Stora Enso's future operations than the price that buyers seem willing to pay in the negotiations that have been conducted, according to the company.
Stora Enso also has packaging factories in Imatra, Finland, and Skoghall, Sweden.
