Two Swedish directors are in the running to represent Denmark ahead of the Oscars, when the neighboring country is to select its candidate to compete for the prize for best international film, reports Sveriges Radio's Culture News.
Magnus von Horn, behind "The Girl with the Needle" and Gustav Möller, who directed the film "Vogter", have both made it to the final round. They are also competing against Zara Zerny, who directed the documentary film "Echo of You".
On September 19, the Danish Oscar Committee will announce who will be its candidate, reports Politiken.
