Celebrity chef Tareq Taylor and his partner, health coach Sofia Ståhl, are recording a new TV program for Kanal 5 and Max, with a broadcast start in the spring of 2025.
In the series, viewers will follow how the couple – without external help – builds their dream house in the archipelago. In the midst of planning, they find out that they are expecting their first joint child.
"This is fun, both Sofia and I like to roll up our sleeves when we venture into the unknown, and we have grand plans for the build. And we've decided to do this together – entirely on our own", says Tareq Taylor in a press release.
Taylor and Ståhl will transform a small archipelago house into a "merchant's villa with many period-typical details". On the agenda is also a bakery, chicken farm, garden land, and wine cellar.
"For the first time in my life, I've become a bit more of a realist. Tareq dreams big and has a tendency to change his mind a lot", says Sofia Ståhl.
