Photographs of Bianca Ingrosso have been used in the marketing of the Chinese clothing company Shein. Now she is taking action against the fashion giant. "They are using my image without my consent and my lawyer is already involved," she writes in a text message to Expressen.

In November last year, Ingrosso published a picture on social media, where she was wearing a one-shouldered brown dress. That image has since been used by Shein to market a similar dress on their website.

The clothing and fashion website Shein has previously been criticised for both inadequate customer rights and poor working conditions. Last year, the company's sales rose to around 45 billion dollars (approximately 480 billion kronor), according to the Financial Times. The profit more than doubled to around 2 billion dollars (approximately 21 billion kronor).
