On Monday, national team captain Ulf Lundberg presented Damkronorna's squad for the season's first national team tournament, Women's European Championship Hockey Tour.

Jenna Raunio, among others, is included in the squad.

She has come back after a long injury absence and gained experience despite it being tough. A very exciting player, I see great potential in Jenna, it will be very exciting to see her in Switzerland, says Ulf Lundberg during a press conference.

Isabelle Leijonhielm is also classified as a debutant, even though she has been on national team camps before.

It's so cool to see her radar on the ice, she has both map and compass, says Lundberg.

Star player Hanna Olsson, Frölunda HC, had an injury-plagued last season, but was still selected for the World Championship in the USA. This time, however, the 25-year-old is left out of the squad.

The tournament is played in Switzerland at the end of August. In November, it's Sweden's turn to host the next WEHT tournament.
