The glacier in the Sylmassif in the Jämtland Mountains has completely collapsed after this summer's record heat and heavy rainfall, according to both P4 Jämtland and SVT News Jämtland.
The melting of the glacier in Sylarna is the most severe since measurements began in the mid-1960s. This means increased risks for visitors in the area.
