The auction itself will take place on Monday, September 23, at the auction house Julien's in Los Angeles, but can also be followed online. Among the treasures is the iconic orange sofa from the Central Perk café, which is expected to bring in between 20,000 and 30,000 Swedish kronor.

Among around 100 memorabilia are also clothes worn by Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer, as well as guest stars and various interior design details from the main characters' homes.

Every day, "Friends" is broadcast on a channel somewhere around the world, which describes the series' enormous popularity and its attraction for new fans decades later. We are proud to present this iconic collection that came to us from Warner Bros, says David Goodman, CEO of Julien's Auctions.
