The comebacking cross-country skiing queen Therese Johaug will not participate in the Norwegian national team's camp in Idre next week.
"She chooses a slightly different setup than the one planned during the gathering now", writes her manager Jørn Ernst to Norwegian TV2.
National team manager Ulf Morten Aune says that the 36-year-old Johaug's absence "is absolutely not dramatic":
Idre Fjäll was not planned for her part.
Johaug's plan for next week is ski testing.
There are more than Johaug who will skip the camp in Sweden, including Johannes Høsflot Klæbo, Erik Valnes, Heidi Weng, Anne Kjersti Kalvå, and Kristin Austgulen Fosnæs.
The World Cup premiere in Finnish Ruka is four weeks away and the competitions will take place on November 29–December 1.
