Debated penalty situation
Early in the match, at 0–0, the home team wanted a penalty when Christoffer "Totte" Nyman was knocked down after a situation with Djurgården's Jacob Une Larsson. A situation that according to Alm was crystal clear.
It's clear that it means a lot. "Totte" gets knocked down and it means a lot to get 1–0 instead of ending up in another situation. That's how it is, the referee does his best which wasn't good enough and that's it, he said and continued:
It's impossible to miss. I don't understand at all. But it's clear, to run there as a referee and judge against the Djurgården crowd, it might be tough.
"Just take the whistle and blow"
Alm then continued his criticism, explaining that referee Östling "wasn't really in the match from the start".
Joakim, I think he waits in the match. It's just take the whistle and blow. "Totte" gets kicked by Une Larsson, give a yellow then and show that you're the one in charge. But he waits and waits and waits, and then starts judging after 25 minutes.
