The main road between Beirut and Damascus has been destroyed in an Israeli air attack, according to state-run Lebanese media.
The bombs are said to have hit the road in al-Masnaa, which is the main land link between Lebanon and Syria. The road is currently especially important since hundreds of thousands of Lebanese are fleeing the war.
