The accident occurred at the Bergshamra traffic intersection on E18 near Stockholm.

The police suspect that there was a street race at the time of the accident in Bergshamra.

That's according to eyewitness accounts. I don't know what the speed limit is there, but not 200 in any case, says police spokesperson Mats Eriksson.

A man, the driver of the overturned car, is suspected of drug-impaired driving and reckless driving. According to the police, he was lightly injured. The vehicle has been seized by the police for technical examination.

There are several drivers involved, we're investigating and I think more people may be suspected of traffic offenses, says Mats Eriksson.

The accident occurred at around 4 pm on Sunday in the northbound direction. One of the cars hit a lamppost during the crash, which caused a complete stop in traffic.

Later on Sunday, another traffic accident occurred in the same area, on E4 at the Haga North traffic intersection.

A car has gone off the road and is lying in the ditch, several people are sitting outside, says Mats Eriksson.

Three people have been taken to hospital, according to SOS Alarm, but there is no information that anyone was seriously injured, according to the police.
