1,227,000 Swedes watched the Olympic Games opening ceremony on Channel 5. Thus, it is the most watched Olympic Games broadcast so far, according to Discovery for TT.
The second most watched event so far – 744,000 viewers – was the Swedish men's beach volleyball team's loss against Qatar on Monday.
622,000 saw the women's handball team's victory against Germany on Sunday.
