The Royal Couple travels to the OS in Paris for a week to follow as many Swedish athletes as possible on site. From August 5, the Royal Couple will be on site.

During the week, they will hopefully be able to see, among others, Armand Duplantis defending his OS gold from 2021, watch the reigning World Champion in discus Daniel Ståhl, Henrik von Eckermann jumping on horse King Edward, and OS debutants David Åhman and Jonathan Hellvig competing in beach volleyball.

However, despite the Royal Couple visiting the OS for several days, they will miss some of Sweden's major gold chances. Among others, they will miss Sarah Sjöström swimming, Perseus Karlström in the 20-kilometer walk, and the sailing with Anton Dahlberg and Lovisa Karlsson.

Crown Princess Victoria also plans to visit France, but not until later during the Paralympics, which opens on August 28.
