The USA has appointed its flag bearer for the OS opening ceremony in Paris.
It will be basketball star LeBron James who gets the honor.
"It's an incredible honor to represent the USA on this global stage, especially at a moment that can bring the whole world together," he says in a statement from the USA's Olympic Committee.
LeBron James is the top scorer in the American basketball league NBA's history, and has two OS gold medals on his record.
The OS opening ceremony will be held on and around the Seine River, which winds its way through the French capital.
The OS in Paris opens on Friday, July 26.
