The Solna District Court is following the union's line in the protracted dispute over whether Postnord must hand over documents to Tesla.

The union imposed a blockade last winter to stop the Transport Agency's dispatch of registration plates to Tesla - this as a show of solidarity with IF Metall's strike against the American electric car giant in order to secure a collective agreement.

"The constitutional provision in Chapter 2, Section 14 of the Instrument of Government means that the state must be neutral and not restrict the right to strike without support in law or agreement. There is no support for the court to intervene in the ongoing lawful strike action in the way that a grant of the application would imply," writes Chief Magistrate Patrik Alm.

"A very expected verdict that clearly shows that our strike actions are lawful and that our constitutionally protected right to take strike action applies," says Seko's chairman Gabriella Lavecchia in a written comment.
