Dejan Kulusevski got to start at home against Everton after sitting on the bench in the first away match against Leicester, 1–1, in the Premier League premiere.

Kulusevski showed joy of playing and was behind the leading goal in the 14th minute.

He drew three opponents and served Yves Bissouma, who thundered in 1–0 via the crossbar.

Kulusevski then tired and was substituted in the 65th minute.

Took laughing gas

Bissouma was back after being suspended by the club since he posted a video earlier in August where he inhaled laughing gas.

Something that is prohibited in the United Kingdom.

Everton's English national team goalkeeper Jordan Pickford then offered 2–0 in the 25th minute when he got the ball too far away from himself in connection with a back pass and Son Heung-Min intervened and put the ball in the empty goal.

Son became a two-goal scorer in the second half when Cristian Romero also netted.

Bergvall substituted in

Lucas Bergvall, the 18-year-old super talent from Djurgården, was substituted in in the 78th minute

For Everton, the season has started in the worst possible way, and the team has a goal difference of 0–7 and two straight losses.

Championship contender Arsenal defeated Aston Villa away in an early top match with 2–0.

Leandro Trossard had to start on the bench and made a successful substitution. After just two minutes on the pitch, he placed 1–0 in the 67th, Thomas Partey secured the three-pointer with 2–0 ten minutes later.

Brighton's new coach Fabian Hürzeler has had a dream start to the season. His team won against Manchester United with 2–1.

It was Brighton that started the scoring after half an hour of play. The former United player Danny Welbeck showed that family is worst when he pushed in 1–0.

In the 60th minute, United equalized, when 22-year-old Amad Diallo took matters into his own hands and set 1–1.

It looked like it would be the final result for a long time. But in the 95th minute, Joao Pedro made it 2–1 to the home team, which took all three points.

Swede Yasin Ayari was substituted in for Brighton in the 90th minute.

Manchester City fell behind at home against newcomers Ipswich, but turned it around and won with 4–1.

Last season's top scorer Erling Braut Haaland made a hat-trick and stands on four goals after two matches.
