We are done with the technical investigation and the barriers are gone. I know that we have checked and identified a lot of people in the area, says Carina Skagerlind, press spokesperson at the Stockholm police.
The explosion occurred at around three o'clock in the night towards Saturday, in or by the entrance to an apartment building. The police have gone door-to-door and spoken to the residents who were at home when it exploded.
No one is injured, says Skagerlind, who does not want to comment on whether there is a threat against any of the residents in the building.
The police have initiated a preliminary investigation into reckless endangerment.
