Farmer-owned Lantmännen achieves a new top result. Above all, the Food division is doing well.
The profit for the second quarter, May-August, landed at 1,116 million kronor, adjusted for non-recurring items. It is 80 million worse than the same period last year, but still the second-best result ever so far.
Above all, the profit for the Food division is lifted, from 374 million to 449 million kronor, while the Energy division performed worse due to lower ethanol prices.
