The order intake for Swedish industry increased by 7.8 percent in May compared to the previous month. This can be compared to a decline in order intake of 8.3 percent in April.
In annual terms, the order intake fell by 8.9 percent in May.
Industrial production in May decreased by 2.9 percent compared to a year earlier. This was a slightly smaller decline than in April, when production fell by 4.4 percent.
