Bianca Ingrosso's company Beauty Icons AB, the company behind Caia Cosmetics, is fined 25,000 kronor after releasing an environmentally hazardous makeup pen, reports Expressen with reference to the news agency Sirén.

In June, Ingrosso's company was reported to the Chemicals Agency by the police, since a pen contained a banned so-called PFAS substance. The substance is extremely difficult to break down and can have harmful effects on humans and the environment.

The product has been removed from the range and the company's website since April, and now it is clear that Beauty Icons AB has accepted a penal order.

Bianca Ingrosso co-founded the makeup and beauty brand Caia Cosmetics in 2018.
