A flat in Uddevalla was shot at with several bullets during the night leading up to Friday.
Several people were in the flat in the block of flats during the shooting, but no one was injured.
We received the alarm at 02.40 from several residents and also from the flat owners. Someone has shot directly through the closed window on the second floor, but no one was physically injured, says Göran Carlbom, duty officer at Police Region West.
No one has been arrested for the shooting and there is currently no suspect.
It is unclear whether there was any threat against the residents of the flat previously.
I'm afraid I can't say anything about that at present, says Göran Carlbom.
The police have initiated a preliminary investigation into attempted murder and serious weapons offences.
