A 41-year-old man suspected of terrorist crimes abroad has been extradited to Belgium, reports TV4 News.
The man was arrested by the Security Police in the Stockholm area in August. The Security Police then stated that the man was suspected of a terrorist crime in another European country, but did not specify which one.
To TV4 News, prosecutor Mats Ljungqvist at the National Security Unit says that it concerns Belgium.
He was extradited yesterday, but I received the notification today, says Mats Ljungqvist to the TV channel and adds:
The preliminary investigation will now continue in Belgium.
