Two men and a woman are sentenced to prison after destroying transformers at a substation in Kimstad, in Norrköping municipality. This reports P4 Östergötland.
It was in February this year that the trio broke into the civilian protection facility in search of metals. The cost of the destruction amounts to tens of millions of kronor, according to the radio channel.
The three receive between two and a half and three and a half years in prison. Two of them are convicted of gross vandalism, unauthorized access to a protected object and theft, while the third is convicted of, among other things, aiding and abetting gross vandalism.
