A young man has been subjected to aggravated assault in connection with the T-Centralen subway station in central Stockholm, reports Expressen.
It's something that starts inside the station near the gates, where two people assault a third and then flee the scene, says police spokesperson Daniel Wikdahl to TT.
The incident was captured by surveillance cameras and the perpetrators were arrested just minutes later near Hötorget.
Initially, it was reported that three suspects were arrested, but it turns out to be two people, both men in their 20-25 years old. The victim, who is also in his 20s, was taken to hospital by ambulance. The extent of his injuries is unclear, but he is not critically injured.
The alarm about the incident, which is classified as aggravated assault and serious violation of the knife law, came in at 15.17 on Tuesday.
