Ica is recalling falukorv of its own brand after small metal pieces have been found in some sausages. The recall applies to Ica Falukorv (800-gram packaging) with best before dates 30-11-2024, 03-12-2024, and 08-12-2024.
"We regret that we need to recall these products and are now investigating together with the supplier how this could have happened", says Lena Sparring, quality manager at Ica Sweden, in a press release.
The falukorv has been removed from the product range and customers who have purchased the product are asked to return it to the Ica store where it was bought or to complain about the product via ica.se.
