Two men with ties to a criminal gang are being prosecuted for aggravated rape in Kristianstad. The victim, a woman, is alleged to have been subjected to several assaults in an apartment. The assaults are said to have been at least partially filmed.
The prosecutor considers the crime to be aggravated, among other things, due to the fact that the woman is said to have been under the influence of drugs and at a numerical disadvantage.
Video clips from the incident have been forwarded to other people, according to the prosecutor, as reported by Kristianstadsbladet.
