The Tingsryd player Linus Hedman hit his head on the ice and lay there for a long time before being taken to the hospital on Friday evening.
Now, the media representative of the Hockey Allsvenskan team, Oscar Holst, tells Aftonbladet and Expressen that Hedman has suffered a severe concussion and remains in the hospital.
Hedman lost his helmet and hit his head when he was hit by a hard tackle already in the fifth minute of the away game against Nybro. The forward lay on the ice for almost half an hour before being taken away in an ambulance.
