The charges have been filed with a court in New York, and they concern two men and three women who accuse Diddy of sexual assaults at parties in Los Angeles, New York, and Las Vegas between 2000 and 2002. The youngest plaintiff was allegedly 13 years old at the time of the assault.
Last week, six more lawsuits were filed with the court. In total, there are now over 130 people accusing Combs of, among other things, rape, sexual assaults, and sexual exploitation.
The well-known rapper is simultaneously charged with, among other things, sexual offenses, assault, and extortion in a web where prosecutors point him out as having led a "sex crime empire".
Combs has been denied bail and is still in custody in New York awaiting trial, which is scheduled to begin in May next year. He denies all crimes but risks life imprisonment if convicted.
