The Swedish beach volleyball pair Jonathan Hellvig and David Åhman have already won two World Tour events this year, but can now take a third in a row.
The Swedish world champions are ready for Sunday's semifinal in Czech Ostrava after winning 2-1 in sets against Arthur Lanci and Evandro Oliveira, Brazil.
The Brazilians are ranked sixth in the world and won the first set with 21-18, but the Olympic-bound Swedes took the second with 21-15 and could via 15-12 in the tiebreaker cash in their ticket to the semifinals.
The semifinal will be played on Sunday.
