A woman, employed in home care in Kalmar County, was drug-impaired during a home visit to an elderly, physically disabled user last winter. Now the woman is being convicted of several crimes, reports P4 Kalmar.

The home care staff is also reported to have refused to leave the residence, despite the user and her husband's requests.

The woman is now being convicted by Kalmar District Court for trespassing and minor drug offenses, to a conditional sentence and day fines totaling 12,500 kronor, writes Västerviks-Tidningen.
