The man has, according to the program, worked for the influence organization Enhetsfronten, whose purpose, among other things, is to strengthen the Chinese Communist Party's power and transfer technology from the West to China.

Studsvik confirmed on Wednesday that the information has been known to the company for some time.

"Studsvik is cooperating with the Security Police in the matter and has taken measures to further tighten the already strict security level in the company. We have no further comments at present, due to consideration for the employee and the ongoing case", the company writes in a press release.

Cold Facts has previously revealed that 17 people in Sweden are on a leaked list of supporters of Enhetsfronten. In total, there are around 2,000 names on the list, which Cold Facts has reviewed together with journalists and experts in several different countries.
